The billionaire and founder of the Zara clothes chain Amancio Ortega snapped up the luxury apartment building in Chicago. According to the reports of US property portfolios, this tower cost $232 million. Ortega’s family office accepted 727 west madison and went for the mutual venture of Ares management.

This purchase included a 45-story building and this building is an Ortega-owned landmark of US properties. This beautiful oval tower contains 492 high-end apartments and has a rent of $ 2,200 for a month. And studio apartments that have 3-bedroom units hold a rent of $6,000.

Amancio Ortega’s present net worth is $75 billion according to the reports of the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. Ortega earned a property portfolio valued at about $19.7 billion. 

The Spanish billionaire Amancio Ortega paid about $232 million for the west loop apartment towers. The highest price was paid for the downtown apartment building before the COVID-19 pandemic.
